How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Memoria app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm the action.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing founder.memoria@gmail.com.

To help us process the request, include the email address linked to your Memoria account.

What happens after deletion

• your account access is removed
• most personal data and user-generated content are deleted immediately
• notification tokens associated with the account are removed
• backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days

Important

Account deletion is intended for full account removal together with associated personal data. Once processed, this action cannot be undone.

1. Відкрийте застосунок Memoria.

3. Оберіть Видалити акаунт і підтвердьте дію.

Якщо у вас немає доступу до застосунку

Якщо ви не можете увійти в застосунок, надішліть запит на видалення акаунта на founder.memoria@gmail.com.

Щоб ми швидше опрацювали запит, вкажіть email-адресу, прив'язану до вашого акаунта Memoria.

Що відбувається після видалення

• доступ до акаунта припиняється
• більшість персональних даних і контенту видаляються негайно
• токени сповіщень, пов'язані з акаунтом, видаляються
• резервні копії можуть зберігатися до 30 днів

Важливо

Видалення акаунта призначене для повного видалення акаунта разом із пов'язаними персональними даними. Після обробки цей процес неможливо скасувати.
